Process documentation involves capturing processes which led to successes or steps undertaken in implementing a development program. Any development program is not an isolated act but involves a range of steps and a set of actors which could be individuals, institutions acting and interacting in a manner to reach the goals as envisaged under the program. Process documentation brings out such finer steps. ILRT has conducted detailed process documentation of the success of Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC) in converting Indore as the cleanest city in Indore.
