Development of e-Learning Courses

ILRT has been actively involved in the development of Digital Learning Tools and E-learning courses for knowledge dissemination in large for the capacity building of young professionals. ILRT has core team to develop E-learning course, its content in vernacular language as per standard ADDIE framework and other. ILRT has digital learning lab with the State-of-Art software and Hardware for development of digital courses with house team for its development.

ILRT has developed E-learning courses for Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), India on behalf of Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), Lucknow – MOOC for FPO Professionals. The MOOC has six modules focusing on the need of FPOs, governance, marketing, finance, Business Planning, etc. This self-paced learning course has been designed for CEOs and other functionaries of FPOs to develop their understanding of concept and functioning of FPOs. ILRT is currently preparing Hindi version of same course.

ILRT is also preparing a Digital course for UNICEF, India of behalf of Lohiya Swatch Bharat Mission, Government of Bihar. The course is designed to facilitate the Sanitary Supervisors at Gram Panchayat level on Standard Operating procedures for the implementation of Swatch Bharat Mission Grameen Phase II.

Along with these, ILRT and Mahila Abhivruddhi Society, Andhra Pradesh (APMAS) is jointly developing and E-learning course on Capacity Building of BoDs of FPO. The course would be in Hindi language.
