Process documentation involves capturing processes which led to successes or steps undertaken in implementing a development program. Any development program is not an isolated act but involves a range of steps and a set of actors which could be individuals, institutions acting and interacting in a manner to reach the goals as envisaged under the program. Process documentation brings out such finer steps.
